Alissa Hale

Alissa graduated from University of Missouri - Columbia in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences. She then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2023. Alissa utilizes multiple theory-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Styles and Person-Centered Therapy while working with clients of all ages. Alissa's degrees highlight her area of interest in the intersections between Science and Spirituality. Other areas of vested interest include Process vs Content, Rigidity vs Curiosity, Tangible vs Intangible and Disease vs Growth Mindsets.
